The Kensington 43 is currently on display at Miravale, Angle Vale. Best worked in collaboration with Rivergum Homes to discuss their design requirements with their in-house Landscape Architect. The magnificently finished outdoor space complements the display home, and really makes it shine!
Customers who choose the Kensington 43 will be able to select a landscape and services package from Best, so that their home, when built, will have all outdoor areas finished to the highest standard, including the driveway, all pathways, alfresco area and landscaping to both front and rear of the property.
Best’s Honed Best Paver and Best Flag pavers in charcoal with a bevel edge were used throughout all pathways and the driveway of the display home, for a consistent look and feel around the entire property. The driveway was paved in a stunning classic herringbone pattern with a running border, making the driveway a real feature of the home, while all paths were laid in a square brickwork pattern, which offsets the paths beautifully against the driveway and the home itself.
Often when customers build a new home, they then have to live with a muddy, unfinished outdoor area for months after they have moved in. This new collaboration between Rivergum Homes and Best has that problem solved! Best’s Total Outdoor Hard and Soft-scaping service provides a one-stop shop, removing what can be a time-consuming and challenging process.
